I had an issue with a payment yesterday. I spoke with Bob today and he made me aware that everything has been corrected and I would like to add “made me feel like my voice was heard”. My vehicle was violated!!! I had a mini coke cola and a bottled cola in the driver side door console. The mini cola was no longer in the vehicle when my car was returned from completed service. Highly disappointed; the bottled cola discarded and vehicle was checked for any other items that may have vanished as well.
