I went to Subaru with my daughter and her service dog the week before Christmas. I absolutely adored working with Zach. My daughter was buying her first car ever and he just made the entire experience not stressful and made me daughter feel seen and heard. After going to several dealerships that week that treated us, just awfully, Zach was a breath of fresh air.
