I had a good experience, but believe it could have been better. The CarFax report on the vehicle had indicated a small damage on the right side. Otherwise, the 2025 Forester was in great shape and had <30K miles. I caught the scratch on the right side door (which had been repaired), and was almost unnoticeable. I was pleased to have seen what appeared to be the entire damage, and the sales rep shared it had been repaired. However, I didn’t see the more heavily scratched front right tire fender flare. When I came outside to take a look at the car, all four doors had been propped open, so I wouldn’t have been able to see it, anyway. That was disappointing because I had already stated I didn’t mind a small scratch. I honestly wish they would have pointed to this bigger scratch on the hubcap, instead of seeing it when I already had the car home. Realizing this, ruined the experience a bit because it could have been easily highlighted when I had seen the other scratch on the body itself. 😏
