My first experience with colonial Mazda was excellent service was great and didn’t feel pressured into anything, but I had to return there to have the tire sensor replaced and I was there from 10:30 AM until 3:30 PM five hours to have a sensor fixed that was crazy. I was hungry and I was two hours late for work. There was no sorry for the wait or no offer to make it up to me for the long wait. TERRIBLE!!!

I had an excellent experience with Darren and the Colonial Mazda Dealership on Thursday 2/19/2026. All personel that worked at the dealership where friendly, courteous, totally professional and I felt very comfortable and I felt welcomed. I have been to many different auto dealerships, but at Colonial Mazda I felt appreciated because I loved my Mazda CX-5. I mentioned to Adam Dean that I did not realize what I was missing until I bought my first Mazda CX-5. The safety features on the Mazda CX-5 were truly wonderful and I felt in good hands when ever I was out and about. I am glad and I pat myself on my back for deciding to own a Mazda.
