This is the second time Audi Stratham NH has gone above and beyond. So I m driving down the road and one of the idiot lights in my Q7 comes on saying I’ve got an engine oil problem. I happen to be 5 minutes from the dealership so I go to the service department and Kevin Delay says can I help you. I tell him the issue. He says I can get you in tomorrow (Saturday) but swamped today. Down 3 mechanics. I said see you tomorrow and then he said wait a minute, let me at least check the car’s computer. He goes out, hops in my car, does quickly diagnostics and then he says to me, if you’ve got some time, I’ll take it into the shop. Fifteen minutes later, problem solved. Yeah, I’m lucky but what a great guy. I think that’s going above and beyond.
