The reason for 3 stars is communication and slow service with no updates. I made an appointment for a Tuesday morning which to me says on Tuesday morning my vehicle will be looked at. I was told it would be 24-48 for diagnostics. I called Wednesday for an update and was told that they would need until Friday to get to my car. I asked if I could get a loaner car as it was going to be difficult to manage work and classes much longer if it was going to be longer than the 24-48 hours. There was nothing available. No one had touched my car except to move it until Thursday. Friday I got my estimate and was told it would take until Tuesday to get the work done. This time I was able to get a loaner car. I heard nothing again until the following Wednesday that my car was done. A day after I was told my car would be done. The solution to my frustrations would be updating me on a regular basis, and if I have an appointment on a Tuesday and my car can’t be looked at, either offer me a loaner or ask me to bring it back on a day that it can be looked at. This was a very frustrating experience when I am spending a lot of money.
Tynans was amazing. They paid everything out, no hidden fees and I was able to walk in, get my car and be out the door in 2 hours with a fully charged ID4 Pro S. Another dealership gave me the run around but not Alex or Joe or Greg. So grateful for all their help in getting me into my new car.
Went in with something in my tire. Brian kept me notified and I was out in no time!
Everyone was helpful and timely. Ron the shuttle driver was great and that is a nice service to offer.
