I've been a Conicelli Hyundai customer since 2010 when I leased the first of 3 cars from them. The lease pricing was fair, transparent and painless. The sales advisors were knowledgeable and easy to work with. The cars I leased (Elantra, Sonata Hybrid and Ioniq Hybrid) worked flawlessly from the day I picked them up and the routine service I needed was done professionally and completed on time. My last lease ended 6 months after the covid shutdown so I was working from home and didn't need another car at that point. When I returned to work a couple years later and needed a car I bought a used 2013 Elantra based on my previous experience with my leased Hyundai cars. I just brought my car in to Conicelli Hyundai for service to replace the steering coupler which was expected to take 4 hours. I was planning to wait and work from the dealership but I thought I'd ask about their shuttle service. It turns out the shuttle service is limited to a 10 mile radius from the dealership and I live 16 miles away. I was OK waiting since I planned to do that anyway. Jim, the shuttle driver, was standing a couple of feet from me while I was talking to the service advisor about transport and he offered to take me home even though I live outside the shuttle range. I go out of my way to take my car to Conicelli Hyundai for service based on past experiences even though there is another Hyundai dealership 5 miles from where I live. Jim stepped up and without asking offered to drive me home. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and services based on my 14 years using them. One caveat; the dealership is under construction as is the Ridge Pike along that stretch so it's a pain to get in and out of but based on my experience it's worth the effort. Thank you Jim for demonstrating what customer service is all about, I appreciate it!
