Our car-buying experience at Fox Valley VW was nothing short of exceptional! Our first visit was on 5/23 to check out a used VW Passat for our son. Unamused, he found another used car; however, it was already sold. After test driving a few other pre-owned cars, the conversation shifted to leasing a new car. We took a 2025 VW Jetta SE for a spin. The ride was amazing; however, our son, was interest in looking at another car for sale from a private seller. Working through the numbers, it became glaringly apparent to our son that choosing a new car was a better decision. Reflecting on our experience, my wife and I returned to Fox Valley VW on 5/30 to trade in our 2023 Palisade Limited for a 2025 Atlas SEL Premium R-Line. What we genuinely appreciate about this process is that there was no wrangling or high-pressure sales tactics. The level of professionalism and transparent integrity demonstrated by Dan Latcu (sales associate), Alex Williams (sales manager), and last but not least, Joey Laudando (finance) was impeccable! Their collective approach to selling us two new cars in the span of a single week should be the gold standard in the industry!

This dealership was awesome. My car broke down, and they had it in same day and got a rental for me immediately. Volkswagen of the Quad Cities had me jump through so many hoops, but the Crystal lake dealership was amazing. Will not bring my cars anywhere else.
