I would not recommend anyone do business at this dealership. I know there is a preconceived judgment toward car salesmen being conniving liars and even though I gave this experience the benefit of the doubt, I now understand why that judgment exists. The men at this dealership took complete advantage of me. I was open about needing to stay at a certain payment level and shared that as a single Mother it is important that I not be burdened with a car payment I cannot afford. You would think that they would’ve made it a priority to protect the customer but instead they immediately pounced on and preyed upon this vulnerability as weakness. They not only took full advantage of my situation but they made a sport out of doing it. They whisper to each other and come up with a plan to trick people into falling for a situation that will benefit them the most. As if that isn’t enough they then put you in a room with the final sales guy to solidify the deal and he begins to berate you over and over again with their warranty that truly does nothing for the customer and again only benefits them. This was an overall learning experience for me and hopefully my naïveté will help someone else. These guys are only in it for the money. If I had literally anyone looking out for me then I would’ve undoubtedly never have purchased a car from them. In my case I was alone, in a terrible personal struggle and desperately needed help getting a car. If you are going to purchase from them just be aware that they prey on vulnerable women instead of protecting them. I am still juggling a car payment I can’t afford, they impacted my life in such a negative way it literally feels like I was financially molested there. Get a car broker or do anything you can to avoid salesman in general. At least steer clear of these ones.

Purchased my Mazda here and In love with it! Would recommend a Mazda to anyone

Way overpaid for many warranty products and add ons that I didn't want. Was deceptively told that things were able to be thrown in or added without additional cost, but I paid full cost for everything. My own fault for not carefully reading the details in the finance office as i signed but was tired out after waiting over 3 hours between dealing with the sales manager and getting there. The sales manager of course focused on monthly payments but deceptively showed the vehicle total price at MSRP $29000 which was nowhere near how high the out the door price needed to be to justify that high of a monthly payment. The reason the monthly payment was that high was so they could create a massive increase in the total price ($44,000!!) by stuffing in a bunch of warranties and products I told him I didn't want when he proposed them. They were able to add over $10000 in extras (not counting taxes and fees which brought the total to $15000 over the MSRP) and my month payment could have been almost $200 a month lower without those add ons. They then in finance office made it seem like they were able to give those products without additional cost and because kept monthly payment the same monthly payment we discussed earlier but this was all deceptive. A fair deal would have been to actually go over with me what the products cost and try to sell it to me fairly. This is very deceptive to trick people into paying for things they don't want and hide the total price and never show it or mention it and then get them to sign quickly without explaining after hours of waiting and not explaining the details. Will definitely never come back here. They took full advantage of me this once but instead of a customer for life, they got this one deal. Congratulations on stealing some money from an honest hard working person. Will buy all future Mazdas elsewhere. Be careful about this place. So very disappointed. The car is great but there is no reason to practice this way. They could have been honest and maybe sold me on $4000 of products fairly and been transparent and had a loyal and happy customer and made plenty of money too.

After other dealers failed twice to properly diagnose and resolve an intermittent -- and thus admittedly hard-to-diagnose -- issue, the Browning team immediately found the far-from-obvious cause of the problem and fixed it, quickly and at a reasonable cost. They had always taken excellent care of my wife's Mazda 3 when we lived in the area; it was worth going out of my way to bring my car to them in this case. You cannot get better care for your Mazda than from the Browning Cerritos team.

Just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to Zee Akil for her exceptional Customer Service yesterday when I dropped off my 2021 CX-5 for its routine service (Oil and filter change, tire rotation, and brake check, etc.). She was knowledgeable, courteous and made the challenge of getting my car serviced, easy and painless. Thank you...! Also, I explained to her that my Lease was coming to its end this month, and I was considering a CX-50. She asked if I had driven one yet...I said "No"...and she immediately offered a CX-50 Loaner Vehicle allowing me to get acquainted with the car. I thoroughly love it...and my next car from Browning Mazda (# 4) will definitely be the CX-50...! So thank you again...for your thoughtfulness and exceptional Customer Service...!
