This is a proper bmw dealership. I travel from up north because I have difficulty trusting smaller dealerships ability to service my M cars. Bruce and Kaitlyn are outstanding to work with. Carbahn installers are rare… I feel lucky to have one so close as BMW Cincy North. Ryan L.
