My experience w with Royal Moore Toyota was as great as my first experience six years ago. The process was smooth, no hassle or pressure whatsoever. Hence, I came home with a new Toyota Tacoma. Juan was great, he answered many of our questions and was able to help us find what we wanted. We were looking for a crewmax, 4WD and had a price range to keep within. He offered the options to us and let us take the choice of going from an SR5 vs. the Limited vs. TRD Pro, ended up with a limited which has a bunch of great features, and our boys absolutely love it!!! Overall, the process was not long which was nice. We had our kids in tow and he helped make sure we could streamline processes where we could. We had to leave and come back to grab lunch, and we were able to do credit apps ahead of time so when we got there, we could finalize our numbers & put ink to the paper. Service was excellent, we originally brought our other car (not our trade in) & the battery died from the kids leaving the doors open, he grabbed a jump pack to help us get back on the road and we hadn't completely decided yet on making a purchase! The powertrain warranty adds nice peace of mind, having prior cars with powertrain issues, they can be spendy! Great service, fair pricing, great selection.. We went to another dealer for a completely different brand (and not same franchise), we spent 10 min there, and immediately after I called Juan. The Tunrdas offerings blew the Domestic brand features out of the water & the Royal Moore team was great! I knew what I wanted to do. This is my first 'Yoda, and a happy fan of my new stormtrooper styled Tundra!
