Did most of my pricing online. Very convenient. Jared and Jacob were great. Jacob spent over an hour helping us download the Kia App and explaining the tech to is. He also checked in the next day to see if we had any questions. And also emailed us a link to a ton of Kia instructional videos on Kia YouTube. It’s only been a day, but we’re happy with our car.

The staff are very friendly. Confusing dropping the car off with very long line of cars for service and had to wait for about 15 minutes until someone came out and gave me directions on what to do. Parking lot was very crowded. The price for service was very good. I was given a loaner car which was nice. Service was complete in about three hours. Only the front seats were vacuumed out and not back seats or back of car. The car was not washed after service, but I was given a coupon for a local car wash.

Our salesman, Jared, was awesome. He represents the perfect auto salesman! He knew all about the car we purchased and facilitated the sale in a positive manner.
