Al was great! The easiest car buying experience I’ve had and I love my new i5!

I recently had the chance to test drive a BMW at a dealership in Torrance, California, and I have to say, it was quite an experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They didn't rush me at all and took the time to answer all my questions about the different models. When it came time for the test drive, I hopped into a sleek 3 Series. Honestly, I was a bit nervous at first, but once I hit the road, that all faded away. The car felt solid and responsive, and I could definitely feel the power behind the engine. The ride was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was inside, even at higher speeds. I loved the tech features, too. The infotainment system was pretty intuitive, making it easy to connect my phone and play my music. Plus, the visibility was excellent, which made navigating through town a breeze. Overall, my test drive experience at the BMW dealership in Torrance was really enjoyable. Just purchased a 2025 BMW iX at So Bay BMW. Al Asghari was our sales rep and I can't praise him enough for his professionalism and patience. The 5 stars are specifically for Eddie Calderon. Incredibly knowledgeable, informative, honest, empathetic and just generally a good guy. I brought my car in for regular service and the technician found a few needed repairs. Although I didn't have all the repairs completed, Eddie explained each and every one and provided his recommendations for the priority they should be done. He also explained in plain language what each repair entailed and what the different parts in the car actually did to keep it running. Have never had such a positive experience at this dealer. Eddie is best in class.
