Dealership is always clean the same as their service department the customers service area clean need the professionalism and the courtesy of the service rep everyone helps in if the other one is busy the other one service rep steps up to help I can only speak about the service department I've been to many all over the state and how relaxes is exceptional above the Rest. But for me personally Brian Nygo is what makes Harvey's service department exceptional
Over the years, I have taken my Lexus ES350 to Harvey Lexus service department. Each time my experience has been positive. I admit that I hesitate taking my car to a dealership for certain regular maintenance or repairs. However, due to how I am treated as a customer (listened to, questions answered, honest quotes, etc.) I usually call Harvey Lexus first. Coreen Jakosh is phenomenal. Over the years, Coreen remembers who I am (even if I haven't had to call her for a couple of years), she answers my questions in detail, gives solid advice, she understands my need for honesty when it comes to auto repairs, and more. The service department doesn't hesitate to allow me to have a loaner vehicle for the time needed to complete the repairs on my car. We will be in the market for a newer vehicle within the next year or so and I am hopeful I can continue to have a positive experience.
Had been looking for service locally as we were visiting, they were able to handle our appointment and do a wonderful job getting us in & out in a timely manner. These are challenging times for everyone and they came through with flying colors
Terrible service department with exceptionally unprofessional attitude towards the customer. We will be trading in our Lexus at a different dealership just so that we do not have to deal with this service department again. We have had snide comments made about us, the customer, said so loud that we could hear it with the representative standing outside of the car and us inside the car with the radio on when pulling into the service bay. How their attitude towards the customer is acceptable is beyond me. They have refused to adequately investigate an issue with the car, which resulted in us bringing in the car 3 separate times before they actually looked it up and there was a recall that caused the exact problem we were having. Every time we have to take our car in we have a bad experience with the service representatives, wherein they act unprofessional and rude to us.
We purchased a Lexus from Harvey in February. We asked to look at two specific cars. When we got there we were told the GS was buried in the snow, but we could look at the other one. We ended up buying the RX, but it was not clean inside or out. It was covered in snow. The gas tank was empty. I've never bought a car from a dealer that wasn't prepped and never have been told they couldn't be bothered to get a car out of the snow. To be fair the salepeople had to dig the car out of the snow. There was a porter washing cars in the wash bay, but nobody to get the cars ready. When I brought my battery in for warranty they let me wait for 5 hours before they gave us a loaner because their tester was giving bad readings. The next day I had a list of other things they could sell me, but they would not warranty the battery. I get their tester needs to say the battery is bad, but I didn't need to know everything else they wanted to sell me. I just wanted my car back. The service writer. Coreen was rude, curt, and not professional
