Was very impressed with the first class service I received from both Birkie, the sales rep and Todd, the finance manager when purchasing my vehicle. I live in TN and was on the hunt for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. After speaking with dozens and dozens of dealers I finally came across Brickner's of Wausau website. Birkie gave me a full overview of the vehicle and Todd worked on getting me a price and finance rate that no one else could beat. I flew in 2 days later and was picked up at the airport in the vehicle so I could test drive it back to the dealership. Flying in to purchase a car can be bit risky, but they made me feel very comfortable and assured me there was no smoke and mirrors. After the paperwork was complete they gave me a full tank of gas, car detailing kit, paint pen and I was on my way. I would recommend Brickner's of Wausau to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
