I had a great experience with Joe Mount at Heritage Toyota. Joe was low pressure yet informative. I took several weeks to decide on getting my CH-R. Joe put no pressure on me, but let me know through occasional emails that he was there to help if I needed him. When I was ready, Joe quickly made the time to get me in to the store. He told me accurately how long the process would take, so I made sure I had that time available and was not anxious if things seemed to drag on. Joe was great at showing me how the car worked. In fact, he drove over to pick me up when I was ready to lease it. The next day, I had questions and Joe was right there on the phone. When I drove over to the dealership and popped in, he made the time to come out and help me with some questions I had about the car’s tech. I couldn’t ask for better service- exceptional.

Isaiah was very friendly and professional and he was quick to respond with any inquiries.
