Very helpful staff in both departments. Service was prompt and on time and the technicians were very experienced and knowledgeable. All around a great service experience. Would highly recommend.
Service personnel at counter/answering phones were great. Service took longer than expected, but only about half an hour more. Got in car and Urgent Recall noticed popped back up on my screen, which is what I had just had serviced. I figured this would have been reset and maybe it will on it's own now that it's serviced. Was charged $35 for the service but no explanation for the cost other than the bill. Recall was done and I assume the $35 was for them plugging in a reader to check a potential engine issue.

It was my first time doing business with Key CDJR and I was very happy with the dealership. The salesman, Jeff, was attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy or over bearing. He made sure to help me find the right truck that I was happy with. Both managers that I dealt with were great as well. They handled any questions or problems quickly and professionally. The entire interaction felt a lot more personal than my previous experiences at other dealerships and I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.
Jeff made my purchase seamless. It was by far the easiest transaction I have ever done when buying a car. Hassle free, no pressure, and had everything ready for me when I got there. No confusion, should be this way for all big purchases. Nice job Key! Thank you to the entire team.
