I worked with Jeff Allen. I was looking for a very rare allocation and Jeff spent several days contacting other dealerships to have one of the last 12 build spots transferred to bmw Cleveland. Since none were willing to trade Jeff emailed me the list of dealers so that I could still lock down a build slot. Witho to making any commission he still ensured that I was a happy customer. I worked with Zach Angelo who went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me find my dream car. I lived out of state and he would send me detailed videos of my car, answer all my questions even after work hours. Not to mention he came into work on his day off for me to pick up my Car!
