Dropped off a company vehicle that was leaving town and was having issues. We gave them no notice as the problem was something that needed immediate attention. They were quick to respond and fix the problem.

My tire cap was missing and the four tires were set uneven and beneath the required tire pressure. 33,35,37,38.
The dealer was prompt and honest about a major repair. They dealt with the extended warranty company on my behalf and only charged half the normal deductible. It was ready when promised. Very satisfied.
