Daniel was a tremendous help! He went above and beyond in assisting me with my car! He made sure I was well taking care of, Daniel was the absolute best!
Took my husbands car in for service this morning there were a couple things that need to be addressed from a previous service I talked with the service manager Ron Austin and he took care of the issue right away and had Daniel a Service Writer to write up the issue and they got the car in and out very quickly sometimes things happen and it frustrates you as a customer trusting things will be done right and that is not always the case however issues can always be corrected and because of that I left a satisfied customer
My contact person was David Anderson. He made my Jessup experience less stressful and pleasant.. it was a challenge for me to drop off my truck because it’s my work truck… whenever I stressed, David calmly stepped in with solutions backed with actions. He went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied. ..and that, means everything! Thank you, David! I am a business owner and he is someone that I would want on my team 👍🏽
