I had an appointment on Saturday 12.13.25 at 8 am. Joel Casper was my Service Advisor but he would not put my car on a lift to see what exactly was rattling up under it. He stated that he knew for a fact that they didn't have any parts for my make of car. Well, I bought the car from Pat Lobb Toyota but he just told me to go to a dealership that makes Mazda's. I couldn't believe he wouldn't even check to figure out the damage and order the part. Then Joel Casper told someone to give me the address to a dealership down the road. When I told the other dealership what happened, they fit me in right away and ordered the damaged part. I pre-paid for everything and was told they will call me to make an appointment once it arrives. Why couldn't Pat Lobb do that?
There is really only one word that needs to be said about the service, EXCELLENCE.
Mrs. Randall went out of her way to find a vehicle that liked. I saw about 6 caes until I found it. She very patient, professional and makes sure customers are satisfied.
Jimmy Le throughout the purchasing process was respectful, honest, and kind. I enjoyed talking the deal with him as he was very pleasant to speak with. I would recommend this salesmen for purchasing a new toyota.
Routine scheduled maintenance- easy on line appointment, service advisor discussed what would be done, I was in and out in under an hour.
JP has been a wonderful service provider over the years. Everything goes smoothly and professionally when I bring my car in for work, and he is helpful year round with any questions I have about my vehicle.
