Bubacarr Sowe was extremely helpful, personable, and great to work with. He was quick to respond to my messages and made it worth the hour and a half drive to get the car we wanted. We did most of the deal over the phone and online, and arrived at 8:15pm on a Saturday night to sign the paperwork and were out of there within an hour. He also took the time to show my son how to set up the Toyota app and explained different features in the car. Derek Song in finance was also great to work with and got us in and out quickly.
