I had a very disappointing experience with the service advisor, Greg Andre. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.
Greg consistently appeared disengaged—often on the phone or in private conversations—and did not make an effort to greet or acknowledge customers. Communication was a major issue throughout the process. There was little to no explanation provided regarding what was diagnosed or repaired on my vehicle, yet charges were presented without proper context or transparency.
It also seemed there was a lack of coordination between Greg and the technician, as he was unable to clearly explain what work had been performed. This created confusion and reduced confidence in the service provided.
Overall, the experience reflected a significant lack of customer service skills and professionalism. Clear communication, transparency, and basic customer engagement are essential in this role, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met.
Outstanding experience—professional staff, smooth process, transparent pricing, and exceptional customer care. Truly made buying a car enjoyable and stress-free.
I want to take a moment to recognize May, the finance manager, who was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She made what is usually the most stressful part of purchasing a vehicle feel smooth, clear, and reassuring.
May was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. She took the time to walk me through all of my options, answered every question with care, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. I never felt rushed or pressured, which meant so much.
