Send email to few of them, most of them are playing old traditional tricks: “Put some deposit, we will find the car for you” or “Stop by, let talk” …. Denise from Wilsonville Toyota contact me, said they had one will deliver very soon, If I interested, she will work with me to secure the car. She refer me to Israel; we finish credit check and deposit over the phone. When I return to Oregon (I was out of town for vacation), second morning when I walk in to Wilsonville Toyota at 8:15AM, Israel already there waiting for me, finish all paper work within 45 minutes. It is amazing, truly “NO BULL”! Very appreciated Wilsonville Toyota’s team work, especially Israel’s very professional work, this my best experience purchase car; 5 stars service; definitely will refer to anyone.

My niece bought her Rav 4 at Wilsonville Toyota, and her husband, who's a car guy, was very pleased with their service, and he was correct. Tim was great to work with and was not a hard sell guy, which would have turned me away. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and was not willing to compromise, so I wasn't the easiest customer. Tim was infinitely patient in getting me the exact car I wanted and followed up repeatedly to make sure I was happy with my purchase and didn't have any questions about the car. When I didn't hear from the service department about the extra detailing I purchased, he took care of the contact and got me an appointment the following week. I feel confident that if I had any questions about my car 6 months from now, I could contact Tim for help.

I went into the dealership looking for a new Tacoma. I had a vague idea on what I wanted. Steven was helpful in showing me what I was looking for and explaining what wasn't unreasonable. I walked away with a better idea of what I wanted and returned a few days later to get exactly the truck I wanted. Even though it wasn't available on the lot and it was the holiday season, I had it it two days.
