Kept me informed of status. Explained services needed clearly. Waiting area provided free food and water.
The customer service is incredible at Victory Toyota of Canton. Recently had a window issue where the window came off track. They were able to order the part and fix the issue under warranty. Service Advisor Jordan Burns took care of this for me, he is always friendly, and provides service with a smile. Everyone at Victory Toyota is a pleasure to work with. I will continue to do business here, and recommend to family and friends.
Jamar does an excellent job deserves to recognized , me and my family are proud of him and appreciate his dedication and hard work
Victory Toyota has maintained our 2007 Prius since we bought it new from them. This visit was to fix the rear hatch (trunk). The lock wouldn't open. And the handle on the door had broken so that it hung down a bit. I found an aftermarket handle through Amazon which included a metal core, which was an improvement over the original design, and much less expensive to boot. But stuck with OEM Toyota part to replace the worn-out lock. The tech pointed out a flaw in the aftermarket handle, namely, that it lacked the waterproofing pads on the Toyota part. He came up with a solution. Our Prius has 215,000 miles, and with Victory Toyota's help, we're aiming for at least 300,000.
Great service! I've enjoyed working with Eric, Jordan and Jamal over the years. I always recommend Victory to my coworkers!
The rep in the service area was great, he gave me a good breakdown of what was done. The only thing I wish was better was the speed of the service. Taking over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is too long.
