After having my 2022 ford edge which I bought brand new and still under warranty, I was having overheating issues. We walked into the dealership and were greeted by Rolando Mendez in a friendly and cordial manner. He listened to what we were looking for and presented us with several options. He did not pressure us; he helped guide us to the car that was best suited for us. He also was very patient in showing us how the new to us car mechanisms work. We are happy to recommend Rolando and Bob Wade Subaru to anyone looking for a Subaru.

Carla Heavener was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable of the product, no pressuring to make the sale, but once we decided to purchase, Carla came in on her day off to complete the sales process and offered helpful hints. This would have been a five stars review except for the sales manager’s low ball offer on our trade-in. I know to expect this when trading a vehicle, but he was stubbornly low, so I passed on the offer. I very easily found an outright purchase offer through Kelley Blue Book that netted me thousands more.

No comment !!! Other than to say that the jeep would be great. My wife and I came in and was told that that jeep liberty had a lot wrong with it, several dummy lights were on and they were going to whole sale it. Things have been resolved .and they looking to help us find the right vehicle !!!

I had an appointment a couple of weeks ago with Ryan to test drive a used vehicle I saw on the website. Ryan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He followed up with me a couple of days later regarding my interest. I was not ready to commit. One, the price was a little over my budget. Second, I felt the vehicle was somewhat misrepresented. The mileage on the website was listed at 14,201 but when I arrived to test drive, the car had just over 17,000 miles. That's a big difference. Ryan also told me the car was a loaner but the difference in miles just didn't seem to add up. Also, the vehicle had personal property that belonged to a staff member, so my impression was that the vehicle was being driven more for personal use. I was still interested in purchasing the vehicle, hoping we could come to agreement on price, but I was emphatically told no by the sales manager. I thought Ryan might follow up again but I didn't hear from him. So, I will just keep looking for the right vehicle.
