While I bought a lincoln at a ford store, I wanted a Lincoln and did not like the pressure of the Novi store. I had bought a F150 from Al Sibilla and was completely satisfied, so I asked him if we could buy at his store. He got back to me quickly. Scott Maxey was the real benefit with his knowledge on Lincolns. Tha was important to us because we were leaving Cadillac after 30 years. So far the only issue I have is there is not a book for all the normal items such as how do I get the car to open the garage door? I have also interacted with service writers (I am having a hitch put on) and people bring my car to my house. All polite and knowledgeable. I also had a recall done on the truck at my house; Tech knew what he was doing and fast. When done, he asked me if I needed anything else; I told him my cabin lights did not work. Two minutes later they did!

Excellent Service from start to finish. Easy to schedule a warranty repair. On time appointment with a loaner car is greatly appreciated and completion was done same day, although inspection diagnosed no extensive work need to be done. Still, very good customer experience.
