Great, super inviting, and trustworthy service. What keeps me coming back is the customer experience, complimentary items, and, services such as the complimentary rental cars.
Joe Knight was excellent to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
The greater was super A+, very energetic. Some knowledge. Building nice and clean. Better if customer wrote up needs it kept jumping beyond what I said so I had to reel it in few times and get the car work repeated and to control work to be done. Typical dealership but use to the sales pitch for other work. Main reason 90% of time I do small local shop.
Vision Buick GMC is the only place I trust my vehicle to get serviced. It is amazing that I have a Chevy Truck and still Buick GMC can handle all of my vehicles service! I love that because I don’t own a GMC but this is the only dealer I trust for service!!!
I truly liked my advisor. I did not like that you charge a high fee just to tell me what’s wrong with my car, then don’t deduct the cost on the bill if I get it fixed.
The service work done is done well, but the communications with service are horrible. Literally the only way that I can determine status of an issue is to go in person. Service never answers the phone which directs back to an operator who promises to have them call which never happens. When confronted, the people in service say they never got the messages. The customer response system is completely broken.
