The service was excellent . Everyone I dealt with was professional and curteous . Will be going back when necessary
This is my third lease with this dealership. I’ve worked with Tony each time and I truly believe he did his best to get me the best deal and car for me. The whole experience was hassle free. I was able to pick up my car the next day with no waiting around or issues.
Out of the 3yrs I've been going to Central I only had one bad experience.....and it was rectified within 24hrs.
Arrived on time (9:00 am) and went straight to service window. Dang checked me in and had everything ready to go. Estimated time for Recall and oil change was 2 - 3hrs. Got a call about the "special" program on oil changes ( 2/yr.) and said go for it. got a call 2 hrs later and said car was all set. Very satisfied with the promptness of the scheduling, estimated service time was right on the money. and everything is looking great!!!
It is very quick and easy to make an appointment online. Quick and thorough service. Love my complimentary oil changes!
