My Lexus dealership always delivers excellent service! Bryan ( service manager) was the best, so kind, caring and very sweet. I see the difference between different dealerships verses Lexus. I also want to mention Cody in the service area who always greets me with a smile, and outstanding customer service, he has assisted me for several years. I just love my local Lexus family. I may see you soon Mr Best for a new 2025, the loner was niiiice!
Had a wonderful experience with Jim Hudson Lexus and Lalo Bellamy as my salesman. Lalo was not pushy at all just helpful and informative. Since buying my car he checks in to be sure everything is going well without being intrusive. Overall a great experience and I would recommend if you are thinking about getting a Lexus you ask for Lalo.
They were recommended and I was not disappointed-it is worth the 2 1/2 hour drive from where I live. Just had my first service done and that was a pleasant experience also starting with Tanner Carnes, service advisor, to the video from the technition.
