Service has always been excellent at Honda Windward. And the Shuttle Van Service is great. Kanoa has been my service rep for 15 years always reliable. Brought the car in for service at 8 AM and it was done before 1100 AM. And the car wash is a great deal.

This service department here us my go to place to service my Hondas! Called to schedule service to replace the brake pads on my Pilot and they were able to schedule me an early appointment the next day. Checked in at 6:45a job was done in 2.5 hrs. The service department gets a a lot of cars to work on so its best to get the earliest appointment.
