Got a fair deal on a vehicle but the service department needs major improvement. Poor communication and lack of basic mechanical skills is an issue.

I found their vehicle on Autotrader, then reached out to them about the availability. I had questions about the battery that they answered practically instantly, sending me the 2 photos of the screen inside the car as requested. The 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance had only 8,200 miles, but I wanted to know the actual full-charge range of the car today before even considering heading to the lot to look at it. They were amazingly flexible with my fluid, hectic schedule, making, cancelling and modifying appointments for me to check it out right along with my whims. There was none of the usual pressure from the sales team, where I'll hear, "it's a used car, we have lots of interest, better get here fast!" When I did arrive at the lot, with only 15 minutes notice, the car was up front waiting for me, AC running on full blast. Chris was patient and helpful. Being that it's a CDJR dealer, they were lacking any expertise in EVs but were happy to learn from me lol (this is my 3rd Tesla, and I actually traded in one 2022 Model Y Performance for another). They swapped my custom rims over from my previous vehicle for me and (after a lesson for the service department, who wanted to charge a hefty sum to swap the wheels and reprogram all the TPMS sensors... something the Teslas do automatically via Bluetooth), I got word today, while expecting a call for payment to service for the wheel change, that they were internalizing that transaction and Kyle the sales manager hopes I love and enjoy my new-used car! Chris, my salesman, spent nearly an hour on the phone with the insurance company getting that all taken care of, fighting with the AI phone answering gate keeper designed to prevent you from ever talking to a human for me so that I didn't get to experience the high blood pressure from the frustration of doing so myself). All from a huge, clean, top of the line dealership. I'm going to be needing a heavy duty truck in the near future and I definitely know the first place I'll check. Arrigo CDJR in West Palm Beach. Recently purchased a 2022 Dodge Charger from Arrigo - first time I had bought from the dealership in 15 years. I searched thousands of vehicles before buying - this was hands down the best used car value of any I’d found across all lines/makes/models. Kudos to all involved in smart pricing strategy. It is a stunning looking vehicle … and the ride is incredible - Michelin tires help (another plus for Arrigo for not cheaping out or replacing them with cruddy ones). The deal I got turned out was pretty decent, not great, in the end because of high dealer fees and a higher than expected APR. (Bank told me afterwards they could have done two points better if I’d just gone direct first) … But … Arrigo made up for that by coming up quite a bit on my trade (beating one of two national car dealerships). So it evened out. I’ll just refi in a few months. Everyone at the dealership was super accommodating throughout - and I can be a royal pain to deal with. I honestly didn’t have to haggle much because of their pricing, so no walk-out-the-dealer drama this time. It was a pleasure waiting in the showroom - clean, lots of space to roam and get comfortable - and I even got some work done. Time will tell on the car I purchased and how well it will hold up, but the attached certified warranty on the powertrain is another huge plus. One thing I do want to mention to prospective buyers is to watch those numbers at the final table. Several dealers in my past have tried to sneak extra into the total payoff (or change the months) … hoping I didn’t notice. Caught it every time - and still look out for it. Overall - a good experience. It took a few hours but the car I wanted, traded in my vehicle and really enjoyed the interactions with everyone there. I absolutely would recommend Arrigo to anyone looking for a vehicle - especially certified used. Because they will price it well - and that makes deal making so much easier.

Met with Golden prior to my son’s arrival. Had a good conversation setting expectations regarding a possible purchase in light of previous disappointments at other dealerships. Golden heard me, understood what I was looking for in regards to price and said he would take care of me which he did. We were able to negotiate a price that worked for both of us and we left within 2 hours of arrival as satisfied customers with a beautiful 23 Dodge Challenger!
