Excellent customer service, great communication, thorough service. Work got completed promptly, Tristin handled a customer backup well.
I was able to get my Ram in right away and got it back the next day. It does have a recall without a remedy, so I will have to come back. That's no fault of the dealership.
Everything thing was Smooth and quick chanler was great to deal with he's seem like he's realy great at his job
Expensive! $250 per visit just to get car looked at plus $25 for “shop supplies”! Actual repair costs added onto that!

Working with Sage, at Seattle Jeep, was been excellent. Great communication with dropping off and picking up. The messages of what the repairs are and ones needed is easy to understand and an asset to Jeep Seattle. Sage and her team worked a warranty battery/charging situation and communication was great along the way.
