Salesman Kevin was top notch and knew what every little button was for in the vehicle and was very patient - Ron and Harry were very helpful and were not pushy --- but if they felt strongly about something like an extended warranty Harry didnt back down. I believed he was being sincere and not just trying to make a buck-- Hey if he was then he did it the right way-- made the customer feel good about it Everyone in the dealership was courteous as at least 4 different people asked if we needed water, coffee etc. have been buying cars for 40 years and this is the best dealership I have ever been in -- even the bathroom was spotless -- keep it up! We had a good experience at Ourisman Toyota . The negotiations on price and trade-in were fair. We negotiated the deal over the phone and were able to pick the vehicle up the next day. Kevin Walker was our sales representative. He sent us a video of the truck and explained its standard as well unique features. He was engaged throughout the total process and was a pleasure to work with. There were two minor issues, both of which were professionally handled by management. Based on our experience, we would definitely do business again.
