The sale went smoothly. He seemed knowledgable and was very friendly. Andrew sold me the car. Now if you're asking who I dealt with is service, it was Luke. He bent oven backwards to please me. Not his fault concerning the rotted dried out area. I wish Honda has repaired that before selling it to me. I'm disappointed in that feature because I'm CERTAIN somebody noticed it. Aw well, it's not a safety issues right now so we'll stick it on the buyer.

Employee owned and customer focused. In all my experiences to date with Service, Parts and Sales the staff has listened well and always tried to provide excellent customer service. I’m fairly new to the area and started with Service and Parts for my old Honda, and I finally bought a new to me one. A patient, low pressure buying experience!

Michele was great to work with- no pressure and no xx. And Heather was the friendliest and most helpful finance person we've ever met at a dealership. We didn't deal directly with the service department, but they replaced the brakes all-around before we picked up our vehicle because I noticed a problem during our test drive. Five stars all around. Pushy salespeople and finance people (pushing extra services that make dealerships more money) are why I hate purchasing from dealerships, but there was none of that in our experience with Michele and Heather. And we still ended up purchasing an extended warranty and a maintenance plan for our 4-year-old Mazda.
