We love our new RAV4 and really enjoyed working with Kyle. He made the process seamless, even when obstacles occurred.
This the third car I have bought at Koons Westminster, and Mary Ann McMorrow has been the salesperson. Mary Ann is accessible, and transparent throughout the process.
It would be nice if a job is going to take 4 hours to complete, I would be told that before they started! My appointment was at 7:30am ...they gave me my vehicle back at 11:40am. Yeah I got nothin' else to do but sit around the service department all day! Do Better!
Everyone there in Sales and service were knowledgeable,professional and very courteous. There was no high pressure and things were fully explained and with options..
