I do not like the car buying process (I’d rather go to the dentist!) but Acura of Peoria made the experience the best I have ever had and I will not hesitate to return when I’m ready for the next new car. Even though they are twice the distance of another Acura dealership, they have my loyalty for sales and I imagine service. Thank you Jessi and Jin and Jenn in finance!

Bought a 2023 Tesla Model 3. They were very helpful and responsive to communications and questions. We had an issue with the test drive but everything was resolved and they were very apologetic and made things right. I’ve had many stressful experiences with car dealerships, and these guys were actually very low stress and easy to work with. Just like with any other car buying experience, be prepared and be willing to negotiate, and you’ll likely get what you want. Overall it was a good experience, and I’d consider myself a fairly difficult customer.
