A few weeks ago I purchased a vehicle (2022 Honda Ridgeline, Certified Used) from Gunn Honda. I have purchased only from Gunn Honda since 1999. I actually lost track of how many vehicles me & my family have purchased from Gunn. This time it was a particular excellent experience. Our salesperson, Mikey Vela was amazing! He was very thorough and explained things to use very well. I was impressed with how much detail he knew about the vehicle. His kindness and low pressure was key to us making this purchase. Mikey has a good sense of humor and displayed genuine concern about our needs especially when it came to financing. He went to Eric Salazar in the financing dept even before we got there to express our financial needs. We got a great deal and left feeling like we were treated once again like family. I would not consider buying a vehicle from any other dealership. It was great to see my first Honda salesman, Keith Keller, again!

I had a tire blow out. Some nice guys changed it to a donut and I went to Gunn Honda to have the tire replaced just before closing. They ordered the Continental tire I needed and Albert walked me through returning the next day for the replacement. Unfortunately, I could not make it over until 2 days later. Albert had me in and out and on my way with very littel delay. I buy all my cars from this location and have nothing but excellent service from Freeman Sparks, Rosa and her team in service, and the financial team. This is my first time working with Albert. He continued the excellent service. Thank You. APS
