Overall good experience. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Donna contacted me as promised when the car was ready for pickup.
Service representative was excellent. Communication was good. Shortcoming was no loaner vehicle was available during service.
Easton Lexus’ service department is first class. There’s a very nice waiting room, beverages and snacks and they staff is very courteous.
We had an awesome experience with Germain Lexus, and our sales rep, Jack! They listened to our budget and worked with us to find a car that met our needs. He set up appointments with tech support to teach us how to use all the options we chose. We weren’t pressured, and spent a few days thinking our options over. We visited other dealerships; texted questions to Jack who responded immediately and ultimately ended up returning and purchasing from Germain.
I had an outstanding experience at Germain Lexus. My salesman, Jason Smith, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through all my options without any pressure, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. The pricing was fair, the trade-in process was quick, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. Jason even followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. I truly love my new Lexus and couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Germain Lexus and especially Jason Smith!
Good overall experience, loaner available due to overnight need for airbag recall. Hourly rate becoming high limiting options (estimated $800.00 per axle for brakes) .
