2nd visit in 5 days of Pacifica Hybrid Select purchase. Stale gas and charging codes. Needed passenger window replacement but somehow not added to ticket. Possible bad charger supplied with vehicle. Will need to return to have window replaced. Phone system and messages taken by operator never acknowledged by Service Advisor. No clear description of code errors listed on repair ticket.
The Dealership and staff was very nice and extremely easy to work with. I worked with them online and over the phone and drove down to meet up with my salesperson.
