Jeannie was helpful, really nice and got me in and out the dealership quickly. Will definitely request a service with her in the future.
Service seems to be done appropriately but don’t count on anything getting done in a timely manner. Also don’t count on good communication from your service writer. I had to hunt mine down to get updates and it still isn’t completely fixed because they had to order another part so I will have to take it back down there. Have been in before and had better communication from other individuals so hopefully this is a fluke.
In all my Chrysler cars every 2 years needs to be changed the battery..Very disappointed
