Customer Service (Mr Tony specifically) was awesome. Mr Tony has continued to follow up with me, just amazing. Even with issues with the Onstar plans, when I was getting/got suspicious with the entire deal, usually everyone disappears after the check is signed, but Mr Tony did not. Even the manager was in it to win it (to the end). All dealers are suspect when you as a potential customer arrives, I was shocked and I am not easy to please. Outstanding service, they seem more excited than I was. At the time I got disappointed, they and I am figuring it was Mr Tony, and Mr Thomas handle business. Love it, just don’t have any words to describe how this ended up. I was ready, for a battle……This turned out to be an amazing experience. Problem resolutions registered off the meter. Responsive, professional, friendly, just exceeded my expectations. This car buying experience has been the first time I did not have to change my posture, very accommodating. What’s scary is that pictures online don’t do the actual vehicle justice, I advise go in and take a look. Mr Tony, Thomas, and Mr Ronnie (BABY FACE) thank you, appreciate you all. It’s all good now. Onstar came through OOHRAH!!!!!!!
