Overall experience with the dealership has always been 5 stars. This past experience was somewhat frustrating. Seems prices have gone up a bit and having a problem that can't fully be identified.
The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Communication is excellent and the mechanic send a video of the health status of your car.
They are efficient and thorough. They make their process easy to work with and they got me out on time, as scheduled.
I was treated very courteously. The work was also done quite fast. I am very satisfied with the service!
