I’m on my second VW in 6-years and each time I come for an oil change, the staff is extremely friendly. I bring my laptop so I can work while they service my car, but I never get much done because they’re so fast! I recommend VW of Perrysburg to anyone looking for a new ride!

Had a battery go dead while on vacation. GM Roadside assistance was there to pick up my 2024 GMC Canyon within 30 minutes of contacting them and my truck was diagnosed and fixed the same day. All under warranty !! Great experience and Deb was awesome at keeping me up to date on the progress.

Clean location with friendly staff. Brian was very attentive even though he was helping several customers at once. Where we needed clarification or were unsure about things he was willing to step in and provide good input and areas where we were more direct on our needs he understood and did not try to push or redirect. We will shop there for our next car solely based on the positive experience we had.
