Prior to my arrival for the appointment, the service department let me know how long the installation would take. Instead of waiting hours at the dealership, they offered alternative transportation to where I needed to go. This was the first time I experienced this during my service appointment and it was exceptional.

I generally receive good service at Rockville Audi. The service agents are kind, responsive and knowledgeable. What makes me absolutely crazy is that it is impossible to reach the service department by phone!! No one pcks up! I don't get it! In the luxury car market I would think they would NEED to go above and beyond for servcie and I'm not seeing that at all. Note: I dont see my service person on the drop down list so I am just checking off anyone.
