Had an appt for 1145am. Waited over 1.5 hours. Musa said to text him if I had any questions. I did & he never responded. This is the first time I've taken my car in & didn't get a complimentary car wash. Not sure why the keep contacting me half a dozen times confirming my appt. when I had to sit for such a long time as if I was a walk in.

The service was done at least one hour before the estimated completion time.The staff was very courteous and the cost of service was kept within what was quoted.
