I had a great experience working with Jamie Ramos Rosado. His picture does not appear on the website but based on the chemistry we developed on my initial call, I chose the Sarasota dealership over two others who could have sold me my new ES350. He stayed in constant contact through the initial call to my visit and helped my wife and I through the multiple choices available to us. He made sure to engage us through all the phases of purchasing the car until I walked out the door to my new car. He is an asset to the team as was Ryan and James the Service Advisor. I come from a sales and service background and appreciate those who make a difference in our buying experience.
We were shopping for a new vehicle and did our homework regarding price/color/lexus. We called the dealership to have the car ready and everything was very seamless.
