He was great to deal with on this purchase. I typically deal with managers on all our company truck purchases and avoid salesman but in the end he is the reason we came back. Never thought I'd own a Volvo but the purchase went well & I'm in hopes that this is a good vehicle.

This is the first car I have bought at Volvo Cars Lisle. I had a wonderful experience. I met Ethan Moss when I first stopped in to see some of the new colors for 2026. He was kind of enough to take me around and show me the different colors. Next I came in to test drive a car. During the process Ethan checked in on me regularly, and kept me informed on what was happening. I knew what I wanted, and Ethan and Andreas made it happen. I really appreciate the understanding and kindness everyone at Volvo Cars Lisle showed me throughout the process!!

I had as good of an experience as I could have buying a car. I worked with one person and he was easy to work with and he addressed my concerns.

Bob was super helpful in determining which model was good for us. He also took a lot of time to instruct us on all the new features (moved from a 2010 model) despite an impending thunderstorm.

Jack was great to work with and everything went very smooth! They even stayed late to get us our vehicle the same day after closing. Will buy again!
