Everyone provided great customer service. I was disappointed with the detailing and the overall inspection before selling the car. I live 70 miles north of the dealership. As I was driving home after picking up the car I noticed the tire pressure light was on. When I got home I was told I had a reverse light that was out. Upon checking the light out I found that there was not even a bulb in the socket. When I opened the back window I found it covered with dirt. I brought it back to have running boards installed ( which I am very happy with) and they found a leak in a boot that they had replaced before selling the car. I had to bring it back to have that repaired. When they were repairing the leak they also replaced one of the tire pressure sensors. Now that is all in the past, I am really liking the car. I give the customer service 5 stars from the minute I walked in the doors. I just think that the initial inspection was rushed and a lot was missed.
Representative was very pleasant and helpful. She listened to my concerns and helped me with my car care decisions.
