DEC. 3, 2025 I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee with 203,000 miles. It is my only vehicle and keeping it running and in good condition is a priority. When I purchased the car, I purchased the "Life Time" Jeep Warranty. Predominantly because I thought of all the electronics. It turns out I have used the insurance on the "working parts" of the motor. But Earnhardt Jeep (Gilbert AZ) has been great to work with. Excellent service on short notice for my Jeep Cherokee. Worked with Rick who was outstanding to help get everything I needed to get done on the same day.
I took my vehicle in to get the oil changed. Tammy was my advisor. She was awesome. I asked her if they could check the condition of my tires. She recommended that they be replaced because of the age. She told me about a promotion that the dealership was having and gave me a quote and explained everything in detail. I called the dealer where I bought my Ram and they were taking appointments but said it would be 2 weeks after that before they could even diag my truck. I had a DEF Service Required, See Dealer message. It went away before I got there but they said come in anyway, the code would be stored. It wasn't, but they did find I had a transmission code, which wasn't throwing a check engine light. Thinking it would take a long time I asked to take the truck home and bring it back in the morning so I could unload my crap out of it, expecting it to be a few weeks at the dealer. Next morning I drop the truck off with Daryl Jones, my Service Advisor I was assigned, and away I went. Later that afternoon I get a text from Daryl, saying they replaced my visor because my buttons weren't working and that they would be pulling and overhauling my transmission under warranty. Before I could ask, he said it should be done Friday afternoon. Today is Friday, mind you 3rd day there for a major repair, and he texted again around 4 saying it was done and ready for pickup. Just got the truck, drives great. I am super impressed with how fast and easy everything was. They did a great job, great communication, and a huge shout-out to Daryl and the service team here, as I cannot go without my truck for weeks on end. Fortunately, this group of people has their stuff together and did what another dealer couldn't do in weeks, in a matter of 3 days. I own a company, with multiple trucks, and our next purchase will be here because of how good this service team is. To the management at this dealership, Daryl just sold a few trucks in the next year, hang on to him.
Brian is and has always been exceptional. I only use him on all my service.
